Dickey Stands Up for Natural Hair with The Cut

Hair Rules is founded on the belief that all textures should be treated equally and celebrated for their individuality. This September, Dickey had the opportunity to advocate for this belief with The Cut’s video, “More Than Hair: A Look at New York’s New Anti-discrimination Law.” Filming took place at our very own New York Salon, where women were able to freely talk about natural hair, workplace discrimination, and their own texture experiences.
